Compass International has made a name for itself as a travel brand signifying quality as well as reliability, be it for Business, Offbeat Leisure or for its Educational segment.

Endowed with an in depth knowledge of the business and a keen awareness of global market trends for over 20 years, our founder Lissy Donald decided to move forward from conservative travel sector to explore into more ground-breaking travel. Hence Compass International was founded in 2003.

With a humble beginning Compass started off concentrating on MICE tours. With a huge databank of unique locations, a strong network across the globe, Offbeat theme night ideas, constructive team bonding activities and the ability to cater to a variety of cultures from across the world, has made Compass the most reliable brand in the travel and tourism sector for giant corporates like Coco Cola, Johnson and Johnson, City Bank, Sanofi, Albatross, Schlumberger and many more.

True to her nature, our founder wanted to explore a more skill based area of the travel sector. Thus, her passion to empower youth, led her into Educational Travel adding to an already extensive portfolio. Since then Compass has been focusing on creating more definitive learning outcomes for students across curriculums and nationalities. This was made possible with programs that involve learning outside the walls of the classroom which we refer to as “3D EDUCATION”! Compass involves educators and teachers to craft out ideal travel programs that would align with and add more perspective to their academic curriculum. Being the official travel partner for Gems Education, Compass has been able to work with multiple schools across Dubai and India.

Compass became International in its true sense when Indian based IATA accredited company; Travelon Worldwide Pvt. Ltd. came under our wings in 2010. Over 20 years Travelon Worldwide had been offering full fledge Travel Management Services in the travel market. With this collaboration Compass has strengthened its database of network, resources and clientele.

Over the years Compass has flaunted various hats like MICE Specialists, Mega Group Operators, Offbeat Tour Designer, “Outside Brick & Wall” Educationist. However the feather in our Hat is our association with the NASA Space Camps, UAE Space Agency and our very own “Space And Rocket Academy UAE” Mars, Rocketry Expedition.

Compass was the first organization to have a formal agreement with the US Space & Rocket center, to be their Regional Partner in the Middle East and India.

After facilitating over 1000s of students with Space Education at USSRC, Compass has now built a platform for students to avail Space Education using the NASA curriculum, across continents – such as the COSMODOME in Canada, Euro Space Center in Belgium, USSRC & Kennedy Space Centre in USA.

“Space And Rocket Academy UAE” Mars, Rocketry Expedition is an outcome of our desire to bridge the gap between students and space education. After years of meticulous work in the field, Compass has built this program along with NASA Engineers. We make this program available all around the globe
